I don't see any option for RAW/NEF and I get 1620x1080 jpegs through SB. If you're just looking for the JPEGs have you tried the SnapBridge app instead? IMO it's way more reliable and will transfer the file after each shot (but I've only done JPGs, someone told me that SnapBridge has been updated to also transfer RAW files but it is much slower). I could never get the WMU app to work with any of my Nikons. I see this is an old thread now, but thought I'd put this out there anyway. This app is NOT affiliated with Nikon Corp.I want to download the pictures to my iphone, by turn on camera wifi, connect phone to the Z6 wifi and open the apps to view and download.īut just after one or 2 minutes, the wifi network on camera stop, although the downloading has not finished yet. Buy once, and as a Windows 10 Universal App it will work across all your Windows 10 devices. You can edit them on the go with apps like Rawer or Fhotoroom. The app supports downloading your NEF raw files in maximum quality. It won't help, I cannot support more cameras because Nikon does not give me more technical information. If your camera is not supported, please do not issue bad reviews. Also do not switch off your mobile while transferring (though nothing bad should happen). Make sure you updated your camera to the latest firmware. The trial app will not start after one day, which is not a bug. Please do no post bad review because your camera is not supported- I cannot support them. Most larger DSLRs will do, most smaller models will not be compatible, or not with all features. Use the one day free trial to test if the app is working fine with your camera. The alternative selection by thumbnail in the app might show un-rotated thumbs with black border in some cameras. The app just picks up the list you selected in the Nikons Wifi menu (see app web page or your cameras manual for details). Please mention: it is fastest to select the images to download in your camera. You can also synchronize your Nikon cameras time from your device. Great for quickly sharing photos on the go via mobile, or for selfies. You can also remotely trigger the shutter release button, just like with an IR remote. Alternatively you can select the photos to download using a simple thumbnail overview. Wirelessly download images you marked as "Send to smart device" on your WIFI capable Nikon DSLR camera. Use the one day free trial to test yours before buying. A few Coolpix models and other Nikon compacts like Nikon 1 may also work. (Nikon D-xxxx without Snapbridge crippling).
